Technical Support
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Utara)
Responsibilities:
* Manage client / reseller of a Web & Email hosting centre
* Onsite operations support for systems in form of first line preventive / corrective maintenance
* Surveillance and troubleshooting
* Technical support of systems
* On call for technical emergency support
* Diagnosticsation of problems & rectification
* Installation of software updates
Requirements:
* Good experience with Linux, Apache web server, DNS, Mail Server (Qmail)
* Good understanding of IP technologies and market place
* Good experience working with project teams
* Intelligent Networks experience is an advantage
* Familiar with web scripting. (HTML, PHP / ASP, MySql / SQL Server)
* Familiar with Internet Environment (able to build simple website)
* LAN / WAN knowledge
