SENIOR SHIP MANAGER (SM)
Requirement : Male, Chief Engineer Certificate, ages 38-50 years old, and min. 8 years exp. in Ship Management (up to 20 vessels). Must be familiar with Shipping Regulation (ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL), Crewing Management, and also Ship Particular is a must
SUPERINTENDENT (ST)
Requirement : Male, min. Second Engineer Certificate, ages 35-45 years old, and min. 3 years exp. in managing vessels operation (3-5 vessels). Must be familiar with Shipping Regulation (ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL), Crewing Management, and Ship Particular.”
CREWING AGENT (CA)
Requirement : Male, Master Certificate, ages 35-45 years old, and min. 5 years exp. in Crewing Management and Recruitment Service of ship’s crew. Preferably has experience in LNG and / or tug & barge, and also has good skill or knowledge in marketing field”
CONTAINER MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SPECIALIST (MR)
Requirement : Male, age 25-35 years old, holds min. D3 Degree preferably majoring in Engineering; has min. 3 years experience in manage & handle container repair & maintenance, and/or good knowledge and skill in container management; good health to work both on indoor and outdoor location, holds IICL certification is a must, and good command in English (both oral and written).”
PAYROLL OF SHIP’S CREW (PC)
Requirement : Male, age 25-35 years old, holds min. D3 Degree in any major; has min. 3 years experience in handling crewing management payroll is preferable, computer literacy, preferably has good knowledge and skill in computer software especially payroll system and its problem solving.”
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - COMMERCIAL & FLEET DIVISIONS (CODE : MT)
Requirement : Male, age max. 30 years old, holding min. ANT III and ATT III certification; Min. 2 years experience as Third Officer in container vessel (after gaining ANT / ATT III certification), preferably plus one year experience in the Operations Departments of a shipping company. Have a personal goal to develop his career in shore based Ship Management (prospects of promotion on merit to Superintendent, Ship Manager or Branch Manager). Willing to be assigned to branch offices as required;Proficient in English communication in both oral and written and computer literacy
