Network Planning: NOM Dept Head
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Plan and design end-to-end System and Procedure for Network Operation (NO) & Network Management (NM)
* Advice and review new technologies that suit to be applied to the requirement
* Initiate and plan new project for enhancement and development
* Maintain good relationship and communication internally with Network Engineering / Deployment / Operational and also externally with Vendor / Contractor
* Prepare quarterly progress of NOM plan to the Master Planning Division Head
* Present the planning status, development and milestone
* Review and approve Techno-Commercial documentation such as RFI, RFP, Project/Business Case Study, Vendor Evaluation, ATP/UAT, Project Plan, etc
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in Network Operation & Network Management from telco industries is required for this position
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
