Report to : Manager, Business Solution (Retail Billing)
Work Unit : Information Technology

Job Purpose:
The principal function is to apply his/her technical skill on providing first level support to Retail Billing system and end users.

Responsibilities:

* Provide operational support to end users on any billing related requests or issue
* Consult and support Billing application to suit users’ needs/requirement
* Produce and analyst Billing Statistic and Reports
* Troubleshoot and maintain Billing system

Responsibilities:

* Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Telecommunication and 3 years of professional software development experience
* Familiar with Unix O/S and Oracle Database
* Previous experience on Object Oriented Programming Language, XML, Crystal Report
* Knowledge on CORBA is an advantage
* Experience in Telcom Billing system/business is an advantage
* Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
* Customer Oriented, Good Interaction and Communication skill
* Highly reliable and dependable
