* Perform analysis to requirement from business and operational users
* Perform and execute vendor management operation (Issues, reporting etc)
* Design the billing business solution
* Documentation : Business and product / service specification
* Support Convergent billing project
* Change management related to billing
* Report to manager Billing Analysis and QA
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor degree of Informatics , Telecommunication Technology, or Mathemathics from reputable University
* Have 2 years experience as Billing development and operation in Telco operation
* Have billing concept, components, integration and operation technique
* Have documentation skill, system analysis skill
* Good communication skill
* Fluent in English (Both written and oral)
* Willing to work under Pressure

* Perform hourly system raw data processing from network element
* Perform daily performance reporting to superior level
* Performance data support
* Perform statistic data availability and reliability
* Perform network performance server capacity and reliability
* Archiving and rebuilding data sets and files
* Maintain scheduled / routine report delivery
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor degree of Informatics , Telecommunication Technology, or Mathematics from reputable University
