Industrial Relation Officer
This position will report to Industrial Relation Manager. The incumbent is responsible for assisting Indutrial
Relation Manager in building a supportive and productive working environment to support the business through the implementaion of industrial relation programs which align with the prevailing laws and regulations.
Requirements :
1.Education and working experience :
* Graduation from prominent university (minimum GPA 2.75) with a bachelor degree in Law (Hukum Perdata)
* Minimum 4 years experience in Industrial Relation, including 2 years of extensive experience in handling labor dispute case in Industrial Relation Dispute Court (PPHI)
* Preferable those with certification of lawyer course
2. Knowledge, skills, and attitude requirements :
* Extensive knowledge and experience of Indonesian Labor Laws
* Familiar with various employee relation programs
* High level of English proficiency
* Able to make business correspondence
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill
* Excellent change agent and creative problem solver
* Good relationship and networking with related authorities in the Manpower sectors.
* Individual Team player
