IT HELPDESKOFFICER (IT-HLP) Post Date: 21 Aug 07

Key Responsibilities :

* Perform daily activity for helpdesk operations to register problem, generate daily reports, follow-up to other IT staff for problem resolutions

* To go through and to prepare set or recommendations to improve the existing processes, procedures and practices to improve and to manage confidentiality, integrity and availability of information

* Support day to day System and Technology operation in helpdesk, administrative and control for incoming and outgoing documents, follow-up action items to project team according to project plan


Required Qualifications and Skills :

* Minimum Bachelor�s Degree in Hardware/Software engineering or Information Technology or Computer Science from a reputable university with GPA > 3.00

* Having experience at least 1 - 2 years in the similar area

* Good knowledge of banking operations in general

* Good knowledge of Hardware Server and Work Station

* Good knowledge of Software (operating system, database engine and other related system application) and Network (LAN and WAN) in general

* Self starter and highly motivated person

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a great team spirit

* PC literate and able to work well under tight deadline

* Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking good English
