Requirements:
* Min. S1 majoring in Statistic/Maths/Marketing/ Management
* Min. 1 – 3 years experience in the same or related position in Insurance / Banking / Financial industry is preferred.
* Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
* Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken
* Excellent computer skills (Microsoft-based office applications), statistical analysis, spreadsheet, and presentation software
2. Business Development Manager (CODE: BDM)

Requirements:
* S1/ S2 Degree in any discipline
* Min. 5 years of marketing experience in developing and maintaining key accounts in multinational company
* Background in development and implementation of customer marketing programs in financial services or telecommunication industry would be an advantage
* Strong organizational and self management skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Good planning and prioritization skills
* Demonstrates integrity, reliability and accountability
* Ability to exert a high degree of influence and impact
3. Sales Trainer (CODE: ST)

Requirements:
* Min. Bachelor Degree majoring in any discipline.
* Min. 1 year experience in the same position
* Having experiences in Sales area, especially in Life Insurance Company are preferred.
* Computer literate, especially MS Office and Visio.
* Good command of written & spoken Indonesian and English.
* Good communication & presentation skill.
* Ability to work independently or in a team
4. Investment Departement Head (CODE: IDH)
(Jakarta Raya - Lippo Karawaci)
Requirements:
* BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting; combination with Management Information System (MIS) is preferred
* Min. 2 years working experience in the same position in financial service industry preferred
* Must have strong analytical abilities
* Strong knowledge of Excell, including macros and file linking
* Good understanding of accounting principles is required
* Additional computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access)
* Must be capable of handling several projects at the same time
* Must also work well under pressure and be able to interface comfortably with other departments and management professionals
